Shawn LeClaire is a Director at Fund Services Group. He leads the team within our Outsourced CFO Services area that focuses on the private fund financial and investor reporting processes for our clients. This includes onboarding our new clients, mapping and training new support processes and deliverables for his team, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and complies with any controls or regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining FSG, Shawn served as a Senior Vice President at CAZ Investments where his responsibilities included collaborating directly with the Chief Financial Officer to manage the private funds and compliance program of the firm. Before his role at CAZ, Shawn spent over a decade in the fund administration and fund services business model servicing private funds. Shawn holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from the State University of New York Brockport.

With his free time, Shawn pursues his passion for competitive slow pitch softball and flag football, and enjoys traveling.
