Michele Causey is a Vice President at Fund Services Group. Her responsibilities are within the People & Culture team that focuses on our team culture and development. In this role, Michele partners with the team to ensure we are training, developing, and retaining team members who provide optimal results for our clients and embrace the FSG Principles.

With over a decade of professional experience spanning diverse industries, Michele spent four years coaching Division I collegiate tennis before transitioning into operations and leadership roles in the corporate sector. Most recently, she served as Senior Director at a technology consulting firm, specializing in recruiting, training, onboarding, employee development, and client relationship management to deliver exceptional talent and results for clients. Michele holds a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Religion from Furman University, as well as a Master’s in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University. She is passionate about fostering growth and development in others, both professionally and personally.

In her free time, Michele enjoys coaching tennis, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.
