Isaiah Massey is a Managing Partner at Fund Services Group. He is responsible for driving firm culture and strategic initiatives, and leads the delivery of our Outsourced CFO Services, focusing on private fund structuring, accounting, reporting; RIA compliance; and vendor selection, integration, and supervision for both private funds and sponsors.

Prior to launching FSG, Isaiah served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at a prominent private fund manager located in Houston, Texas. In that role, he was responsible for all activities associated with the classic finance, legal, regulatory, HR, recruiting, and vendor management roles at a registered investment adviser. Isaiah also served as the Chief Financial and Chief Compliance Officer at Stratfor, a geopolitical intelligence firm, and he began his career as an auditor with Deloitte and Touché. Isaiah is a frequent speaker at industry events focused on compliance, structuring, and operational efficiencies for private funds and their managers. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master's in Public Accounting.

Isaiah and his wife, Hope, fill their free time with activities related to their children, volunteering in their communities, and engaging in the great outdoors.
