Chelsea Conrad is a Director at Fund Services Group where she leads our People & Culture team with a focus on our team culture and development. Her responsibilities include working closely with our team to ensure we are recruiting, training, developing, and retaining team members who provide optimal results for our clients and embrace the FSG Principles.

Chelsea has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining FSG, Chelsea spent over 15 years in accounting and finance before opening a business focused on leadership development, coaching, and training. While in accounting and finance, Chelsea worked for Enbridge Inc. and PwC, focused on the energy industry. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Wyoming. She is also a registered CPA in the states of Wyoming and Texas and is a Certified Career Management Coach.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys gardening, watching movies, doing puzzles, and working on home improvement projects with her husband, Jeff. Chelsea and Jeff are also committed to furthering the efforts of the Texas Search and Rescue (TEXSAR) non-profit organization.
